Artist call-out for Arts on Prescription Project

We are delighted to be working with Cambridge-based Arts and Minds to bring their Arts on Prescription programme to Northstowe this autumn!

Arts on Prescription programmes provide a safe space for creative exploration and building social connections for adults experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety and/or stress. The 12-week programme is co-facilitated by a professional artist and qualified counsellor.

This programme is being funded by South Cambridgeshire District Council.

We are looking for a local artist (i.e. preferably living in Northstowe or South Cambridgeshire) who is enthusiastic and confident in planning and delivering inclusive arts programmes.

What we will offer you:

A supportive team, who can provide mentoring and guidance. We have robust referral procedures and support our participants to encourage regular attendance, as well as safe recruitment practices. You will join a team of local artists working to support positive wellbeing through creativity! 

Fee: £1,500 (inclusive of preparation, delivery and evaluation).
