Join the event team on Light Up Northstowe on Saturday 23rd November!
We're looking for some fabulous members of the community to volunteer your time and skills - there are a range of roles available, and it's a great way to build new skills, make new connections and give back to your community.

The roles available include (click the drop-down arrow for further details):
leaflet distributor (in the weeks before the event)

Push leaflets through letterboxes in an area of Northstowe or Longstanton, at a time/date that suits you between 28 October and 17 November.

Help to set up the site before people arrive - this will include erecting gazebos so heavy lifting under supervision is required.

Support the Lead First Aider across the Lantern Parade and/or Green and Cabin, in case of incidents requiring first aid. Suitable for those with First Aid qualifications/certificates.

Roles include parade stewarding, parking control, waste management, stage area crowd control, and unfixed location/role as needed.

Help to run Sustainable Northstowe's Toy Swap in the Cabin. Roles include setting up, welcoming families, organising/tidying toys during the event, packing away.

We're excited that 2524 (Oakington) Squadron Air Training Corps will be joining us as Stewards at Light Up Northstowe this year!
